The Role
We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Chandigarh team and help shape impactful digital experiences across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver thoughtful, user-centered designs that align with our brand and business goals. From concept to execution, you’ll play a key role in elevating the usability, visual quality, and consistency of our digital products and web interfaces.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of UI/UX projects, contribute to creative direction, and continuously refine ideas through feedback and iteration. You’ll work on a variety of initiatives, including user flows, wireframes, product interfaces, and marketing assets, ensuring every detail is crafted with clarity and purpose.
Responsibilities
Lead design efforts from initial concepts through final delivery, ensuring a high standard of visual quality, accessibility, and usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex security and technology workflows into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
Contribute to design systems and help maintain interface consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Manage multiple design projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas that improve both user experience and team processes.
Create visually compelling and intuitive designs across web and product interfaces.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams on creative direction and user research.
Present ideas clearly and incorporate feedback effectively.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a strong portfolio and a deep understanding of modern UI/UX and design principles. You should be comfortable working across different design tools and have experience creating user-centered product interfaces and digital assets. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
You should be proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow in a team-oriented environment at our Chandigarh office. Experience working in fast-paced settings and the ability to manage multiple priorities will help you succeed in this position.
4+ years of experience in UI/UX, product, or digital design.
Proficiency in tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
